Honey Comb Fan Grid for 40mm cooling fan

The original metal grid of my Makerbot Replicator are mounted at one side of the fan with another side free in the air. They generate a low frequency "hum" due to the free ends and the elasticity of the metal. This honey comb grid was produced targeting the elimination of the low frequency hum and give it a cool look.
