Indirect plant watering system

Purpose built to allow an automated system to water small plants using an external pump and reservoir. While this was designed for a specific project, [TwitchGrowsPlants](https://go.twitch.tv/twitchgrowsplants), it should be usable for any small plant that can use a reservoir to wick from, and for which monitoring/metering of watering is desired. A 10cc syringe with the needle removed is used in the holder. A small bit of superglue around the area it meets the holder was required to stop it from
