Upgraded my 3D printer with bigger fan - 8cm, now i made Computer Cooling Fan Guard - Fan Protection. I used PLA, extruder temp 200C, bed temp 80C, fan 25% after 2mm.
Old fan was so loud it was almost impossible to work in the same room, this super silent is great and also it is cooling better, more airflow - so this is a "must-change" in printzone 3d printers.
I also added SolidWorks part if anyone likes to "upgrade" or "change" it ;)
