TUSH Advanced

The TUSH is awesome and the modifications that have come along has improved it as well.

I found that it was unnecessarily difficult to press the bearing and subsequently the second part in place. I've therefore simply added a little bit of empty space in the shape of a cross to the centre of the part that the bearing is attached to.

I find this makes it easier to work with the TUSH.
