Hotshoe Extender

This was made to elevate a iPhone mount higher on the camera. The original was too close to the camera, and the lens was in the video from the cameral.
It could be used for other needs, such as light or microphone. The top has a reprodutction of the standard hot shoe mount.

The thread pattern is 3/8-16. Coming off the printer, the tolerances were too tight for it to put together. I ran a tap through the holes and a die on the bold (cheap tap and die set that I have from Harbor Freight
