A bike headset expanding plug. Intended to be used instead of a standard star nut. Works on steerer tubes with an inner diameter of 23mm to 26mm. (It can be used in a bigger inner diameters but it may loose some strength.) This means it will work with most aluminum and some carbon 1-1/8" steerer tubes.
