modified the base to fit 40/40 extrusions

This fits the Formbot, g-Create or any other 40/40 extrusion printer

recommend 70% PLUS infill
Up to the threads can be printed at any layer height but I recommend .2 layers for the threaded section to give good, easy to use of threads
Also at least for the threaded section I recommend printing INSIDE-OUT
