Dr Boo's CR-10 Extruder Dial

Edit: I have added 'hand3.stl' which is basically a loose 'drop-on' dial for placing over a nema-17 shaft. The dial, even though very loose, will turn with the shaft and indicate direction/rotation. Print this one if you want the hand to be self-seating.
