Module conversion for hitec / futaba radio

An interface to install JR type modules on Futaba /Hitec style radios. With this you can use for instance the last FrSky XJT module or a 433Mhz long range module designed for JR / Taranis / Turnigy radios.
I tested this interface on a Hitec Aurora trasmitter with succes. It's only necessary to build an interface cable made from dupont cables in order to supply Vcc, ground and PPM signal.
