2 fan duct for larger J Head nozzles

The openings on many of the fan ducts on thingiverse was too small for my J head clone So I finally got around to designing my own. My nozzle block is 21x16mm. The mounting holes didn't end up in the right place so i needed to drill new ones 6mm to the right but this should work for most people out there.
