Prusa I3 Rework 1.5 adjustable mount for extruder Z inductive sensor

This thing is a modification of the Prusa I3 Rework 1.5 extruder.
- I added a quickly adjustable carriage for the inductive sensor (diameter 12 mm). This way you can fine tune the inductive sensor even when the printer is not connected to the PC with RepetierHost. You don't need to follow the procedure with gcode G92 Z0, G30, M851, M500. Just adjust the wing nut and use auto home in t
