Used CAD to design molds, then used laser to cut molds, then laminated the proprietary "stack" of polymers and molded the "stack" into the 3D textured sheet with the molds, then placed finshed molded sheet into laser bed and used same mold files to cut the contour of the molded shape.
Easily make molds for phone covers (shown) logos, signage, lettering, pickguards (shown) etc. Same CAD file cuts the sheets according to contour of original mold graphic.
