Titan extruder (clone) adapter Prusa i3 models

This adapter allows an e3D titan extruder or a clone to be assembled directly onto the bearings on various 3D printer models.
I fitted it with an insert for an inductive sensor. Its sitting pretty close to the heater block, but I haven't experienced melting. However, to be sure I fitted the heater cartridge with a custom silicone sock.
