I absolutely love Walpeup's "Textured Minecraft Creeper with Moveable Head" -

The only thing that was missing is coloring the eyes and mouth black.
I tried it with the sharpee and it looked awful, so I decided to just quickly measured and designed this and printed it out in black.
It's doesn't fit tight (on purpose), so that it can possibly be used for all the other Minecraft Creeper models and rings out there.
