JacketSling quick-reach tab for Acronym apparel

This reduces the fumbling around for the pull tab on Jacketsling equipped [Acronym](http://www.acronym.de/home.php) apparel.

Current design is rough proof of concept - does what it is intended to do, but not entirely happy with look. Prints horizontally without supports.
