This was printed on a Robo 3D R1+ with a .6mm nozzle. The tolerances on mine were a little off, but with a hammer I was able to lightly pound it into place. I did design the back to have a little bit of flex to adjust for a tight fit. The backplate IS recommended, as it adds a certain level of rigidity. The screw holes were designed with a roughly 30 degree down-angle so that downward pull will distribute the weight evenly between the backplate and the screws. Smaller nozzles will take longer to
