Butterfly (merged)

I have merged butterfly by ericchf and made it thinner. Bottom portion is 1mm and top is 0.6. Set all layers to be 0.2mm high (including first layer), pause at the start of 6th layer. If your nozzle is 0.4mm print at 105% size in order to make sure no walls are skipped.
