Directions for adapter:
1. Print solid for maximum strength. Remove all supports.
2. Remove the hotend from the original extruder by removing the 4 bolts from the cover assembly. (You have to remove the aluminum light hood first by unscrewing the front top two bolts. It might be good to use some blue tape to secure the LED strip to the hood while you're manipulating things as the LED soldering can break easily).
3. Assemble the hotend as desired. I used the E3D block and sock upgrade. The
