Centering plate for Thorlabs kinematic mirror mount

When you use a Thorlabs kinematic mount to hold a mirror, the reflecting surface is displaced from the center of the mounting post. As a result is not easy to align the input and output beams using the grid of the optical table. This simple piece allows to shift the mirror surface to the post center facilitating the alignment.
