Micrometer Stand for Mitutoyo 293 tilted on 45 degrees

I was inspired by the micrometer stand published on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1978067 to make a new version where the micrometer is tilted on 45 degrees for better visibility of the LCD screen (if the micrometer stays vertically it's difficult to read the values on LCD).

There are small variations of the micrometer contour between different models so after printing I heated the channel for the micrometer with hot air and pushed the micrometer.
