This is the Y-axis conversion of my Harbor Freight mini mill to CNC. Print everything with 100% infill. Use 2, M6x25 bolts to secure the print to the mill through the pedistal.
A suitable Oldham coupler can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2649144
Use a thrust bearing (26x13x9mm) between the printed coupler and the mill - this lowers friction when you tighten it down. Machine the coupler to fit (similar geometry to the printed part) and machine the stepper interface part. M
