Skate Bearings Pillow Block

I tried a couple of single bearing pillow block mounts but none could handle the stress I was giving them so I build a new one from scratch that is not only larger and gusseted but holds two skate bearings.

A small hand press was used to insert the bearings. You need to hold the bearings tight and the low resolution circles actually help as the facets grip the surface of the bearing as they deflect slightly when the bearing is pressed into them.
