Inspired by the ONO Roller on https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sleeklifedesign/ono-roller-relaxation-in-the-palm-of-your-hand?ref=140syg

Uses 4 608 roller bearings. I added 4 M4 screws just for decoration, there is another bottom/top piece without the holes.

10/19/2017: Added a 'thin' version with 28mm wide/70mm tall rollers (original are 32mm/60mm).
10/5/2020: Added version for R188 bearings.
