Extruder Cold End 40mm Fan Shroud for Monoprice Maker Select v2.1

This is a fan shroud for the extruder's cold end on a Monoprice Maker Select v2.1 (and Wanhao Duplicator i3, and probably others). I designed it to provide these benefits:

* Redirect all air from the cold end heatsink upwards and away from the print
* Protect fan blades from fingers/tools
* Take the place of those little black fan spacers that are impossible to install
* Make it easier to align and reinstall the cold end fan and heatsink
