I made this to keep the "pocket grit" out of my size 8 Opinel. Use flexible filament only.
20-25% is usually enough. As with any flexible filament, print the first layers very slowly for best results.
Update 10/20/17 12:46p: I quickly added a belt holder for the case. I haven't even had time to test print it yet. If you're feeling lucky, give it a try and let me know what you think. The belt holder must also be printed in TPU or similar flexible filament.
