Graymark Model 803 Power Supply Case Improvements

This is an improvement to my [original Graymark Model 803 Power Supply Case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2377282). It adds a power switch, a voltage display, and a button.

The Graymark_Model_803 file is has the cut-outs for the above-mentioned items. The shroud file is the back case for that part.
