Modified to fit head units which come with USB extensions for CarPlay/AndroidAuto. The female end of the USB extension should be 11mm x 19mm.

Apply high temperature hot glue, epoxy, or super glue to the sides of the USB extensions and insert into the 3D printed part.

v1 requires a custom cut PCB, which clips in underneath. The clips
