25mm three blade spinner

This is per request from Grateful Frog (http://www.thingiverse.com/gratefulfrog/collections) for a scaled down P-38 three blade spinner. This features a snap to eliminate any hardware. This is just the fist iteration and I haven't put in on a motor with prop. Further optimizations to come.
