42mm Button badge circle cutter

This device was created to cut circles of paper for making 42mm button badges, the paper cut is larger than 42mm as that is required for the button badge press.
place the paper over the hole, then press the cover over the top and push down to hold it in place, finally push the cutter through.
the circle produced will be a bit ragged but fine as the edges are covered once made into a badge
