I made this clip to hold coiled exercise bands so that they wouldn't flop around. However, it can be used for anything that would benefit from being compressed together like extension cords, audio cables, etc. One could modify it to have a bigger arm radius or be longer/short depending on your needs. I'd also considered putting a loop on one side so that it could be hung on a wall or work station.
