turtle v2

This is just a new version of my original tachashin design. This improves on the first one by being double sided, and this time got the geometry correct so it looks 100% better. The ring at the top of the piece is now perpendicular to the midplane, so no extra spacer ring is required. Overall this version is a lot nicer, and I got to fix a lot of the problems I had the first time around. I also made use of this model to learn new tools with scaling and the torus shape tool.
