Noctua 40mm Nozzle X Carriage Full Assembly (Updated Jan 2019)

Not exactly a remix, but I'll give JackWaterfall credit because I think his setup is well done. My thing is a mounting system to use a Noctua 40mm fan to cool the filament as it is laid by the nozzle. This upgrade lets you replace the existing blower fan with a Noctua high quality and silent fan. In this setup, I am using the hotend_clamp from the PreviosVersions.zip file he has posted for download. I have not tested the new hotend_clamp he has posted with my Noctua mount. I am using the NF-A4x2
