Anet E10 E12 Z-axis fixed offset

You can use this if you do not have the adjustable z-axis upgrade (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2482030) and want to use crystal with your Anet E10 or E12. There are files for 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm fixed offsets. I hope they help someone.
