The 30mm fan provided with the E3D doesn't really do the job. I was getting nasty jams due to heat creep.
This is an extruder cooling duct based on the original, but sized for a 40mm cooling fan. This is not a nasty hack of the original STL, this was completely redrawn in Solidworks. There are two versions, one with an integral mount for the TronXY cube sensor available from GearBest, and one without.
