Anycubic i3 Mega Extruder for Flexible V2

This is a remix of the original extruder for flexible by Iceman51 with the next upgrades:

- Bolt on screw to support the spring instead of printed block
- Increased filament hole to accept a 2in/3out mm ptfe small tube, so flexible will print better due to reduced movement space.
