Teal Drone Hydrofoil

I propose you to turn your drone into a hydrofoil boat. My inspiration comes from a product already existing at Parrot (https://www.parrot.com/fr/minidrones/parrot-hydrofoil-orak). The model that I propose is obviously a prototype and need some improvements, but it is a good starting point, isn't it?
