Ooze Free Mesh Bed Level Gcode for Prusa i3 MK2/s

This is my version of Gcode (Slic3r) for those of you who want a ooze free mesh bed leveling. Also, for those of you who suffer from live z-adjustment of different materials.

Process of the Gcode
NOTE: Please clean and clear the bed before you hit PRINT.
1. Nozzle will raise to 100 mm above the bed during the bed preheating process.
2. Nozzle will heat up to 170 C to soften the plastic at the nozzle
3. Mesh bed leveling begins
