I noticed that on my printer the filament was vibrating too much, hitting the spool or the printer and just generating more noise.
The printer being noisy enough, I decided to do something about it.
Print and insert a piece of 4mm PTFE by hammering it gently. I used a slightly longer Nylon M3 screw instead of reusing the one on top because the original one is very short.
Tolerances might be different on your machine, so I uploaded the Fusion 360 file. Sorry about the mess.
