Impact Driver Bit Holder

**Note added 17 bit with handle holder and mounting holes** Simple impact driver bit holders. Tired of the annoying one they all come with that just end up losing the actually holder and they just turn into a pile of bits in a broken plastic box.

Recommend printing in a flexible filament with at least 3 shells (4 best) might be a tad tight for hard plastics.
