An adapter for T8 nut that comes with 3 holes (and different diameters) for the PRUSA i3 mk2 z axis motors. There is a recess so that the two original screws don't collide with the nut. It has pilot holes so the screws can screw directly to the part without the need of additional nuts. I included the 123d file if anyone wants to modify it.
