Customizable Wrapping Paper Holder

This is a customizable holder for keeping wrapping paper from uncurling when in storage.

It's a mashup of the fine wrapping paper holder from Corey Brown (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:36166) and the Partial Rotate Extrude SCAD from CarryTheWhat (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34027) to create something that is easy to tweak for your filament, etc.
