This is the syringe pump design for our Biomaker FPLC design.
Key features:
Upright format, with the Arduino enclosed in the base.
The luer loc connector is part of a removable adapter, to allow tweaking the seal between the base & the syringe.
A threaded brass knurl insert nut bonded to the removeable adapter helps to connect tubing (PEEK, 1.75mm OD) using a printed screw - needs improvements. The tubing exits the pump at the side.
Buttons and a status LED allow controlling the pum
