CR-10 E3D Titan Direct Drive Extruder Mount for V6 and Volcano

# Introduction

I decided to upgrade my extruder and hot end on the CR-10, primarily because I wanted to work with flexibles, but also because the original hotend and extruder are not that great.

This mount attaches the Titan extruder and the V6 hotend directly onto the X carridge, with provision for both a 50mm blower and a BLTouch or similar probe. Having set the firmware up to work with the geared 400 step motor the results I am getting from the printer are hands down the best I have eve
