Leadscrew Adapter for Prusa i3 Mk2 X-Ends

This is a adapter for x-end-idler.stl and x-end-motor.stl from Prusa's Github page to fit a normal leadscrew into the holes.

I've also included the Fusion360 file for modding it by yourself.
