1-inch Flag Pole Sleeve

I made this in order to prevent my wooden flag pole from rotting over time. When using an adjustable pole holder/mount, those heavy-duty ones made of cast aluminum or plastic, water can collect inside its tube which will eventually cause wood-rot at the end of your flag pole. This part will shed rainwater and prevent it from enter the mounting tube. I used a bead of silicone between the wooden pole and this sleeve to seal the tiny gap.
