This is is a tensioning gauge for the Taz extruder filament idler.
It is sized to fit between the two washers of each tensioning screw. 7.7mm.
Back screws off until you can insert the gauge until it bottoms on the spring.
Tighten until it is just tight enough that you can still slide the gauge out without dragging the screw also. Repeat on the other screw. No guessing. I've even used it while printing!
I used ABS. 240/100C. 20% fill 2 top,bottom and sidewall layers. .28 layers.
