Scrunchy/Hair Band Holder

The friend that requested the hair stick holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2364443) also asked for one of these. The one I did find on here was a bit more complicated than I needed, so now I present you with this version.
It's 170mm tall so you may have to scale down the Z-axis to make it fit your printer. I believe there should be no problems with this, but if you do do this let me know how it turns out.
