CR-10 E3D Titan Direct Drive Extruder Mount for Volcano Hotend

Volcano_Carriage_Mount_-_Body_V2.stl: increased the difference from 8.7mm to 10mm, added parameter in CAD version for easier change.

I wanted to convert my CR-10 to Direct Drive Extruder with Volcano Hotend.
My first approach was using the Volcano Direct Mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2214530) from jailcee, but the part cooling fan holder was constantly dropping into my printed part, thus ruining the print.
