CR-10 E3d V6 Hot end Modular Fang

This is my Remix of a couple CR-10 upgrades with a Couple of my own thrown in. This design fits the stock 40mm fan, a 4020 radial fan, and an LJ12A3-4-Z-BX inductive sensor.
