Threaded Hose Barb pipe fitting for Hot Tub heater

I needed replacements for broken original pipe fittings that go into the Hot Tub heater. (240V6KW SSE-00-OH-OF 19400 0034 Watkins MFG Corp) Could not find anything that would fit. This was neither 3/4 nor 1 inch hose barb. So I decided to print this part. PLA cracked every time that I tried to install it. So then I switched to ABS. The ring right above the threads drips a little during print. I should probably change the design slightly so that it angles out. But I just wanted to get into
